A police statement said a female passenger started quarrelling with the driver after she missed her stop. When he refused, she became enraged and struck him, leading him to lose control of the vehicle, according to police.

In their findings, the authorities blamed the 42-year-old driver for not following proper safety procedures, but ruled out any anomalies in his mental state.

The former video shows the driver and a woman in the middle of a heavy verbal and physical altercation.
