Trump Lashes Out at Paul Ryan Over Birthright Vaporware

Saikrishna Prakash, a conservative legal scholar at the University of Virginia, said Trump faces long legal odds to ending citizenship as a birthright.

He also claimed that what he terms "so-called Birthright Citizenship" is "not covered by the 14th Amendment".
