Police say there is video evidence of alleged Kevin Spacey sexual assault

Kevin Spacey Charged With ‘Indecent Assault And Battery’ For Alleged 2016 Incident With 18-Year-Old

An audio recording of a court hearing obtained by the Globe provides insight into how actor Kevin Spacey's attorneys plan to defend him against claims he sexually assaulted an 18-year-old man at a Nantucket bar in 2016.

The 3-minute video makes no specific reference to the MA allegation. The criminal complaint was issued "against Kevin S. Fowler, also known as Kevin Spacey".

The State Police report obtained by Mass Live allegedly includes a Snapchat video showing Spacey, 59, groping the front of the teenage victim's trousers during the alleged July 2016 assault at the Club Car restaurant.

The actor allegedly stuck his hands into her son's trousers and grabbed his genitals, she said, adding it was "completely unexpected" and her son tried unsuccessfully to shift his body away from Spacey.

If found guilty, Spacey could face up to five years in jail.

After Harvey Weinstein, it was most notable Kevin Spacey who got named by several for his alleged behavior. The alleged victim accuses Spacey of giving him drinks, and then Spacey allegedly "continued the touching through the top of [his] trousers".

During the alleged assault, Unruh's son took Snapchat video of Spacey groping him after unzipping his trousers, according to a police report obtained by MassLive.

Around 1 a.m., Spacey allegedly asked Unruh's son to come back to his house, but was rejected multiple times. He told his sister about the assault when he came home using the word "rape", she told investigators. He returned to work the next day and informed the owner of the bar of the incident, the court documents said.

The alleged victim is the son of former television news presenter Heather Unruh, who spoke publicly about the incident past year.

The actor is said to have told the young man to stop texting his girlfriend and shifted the conversation to his penis size. My son was not of legal age to drink alcohol.

Shortly after the charge became public, Spacey posted a video on YouTube titled "Let Me Be Frank", breaking a public silence of more than a year. After all, we shared everything, you and I. Regardless, he says, viewers "want me back".

Spacey and his lawyers have not spoken publicly about the case or about whether the Twitter video was related. I told you my deepest, darkest secrets.

In the clip, the actor says: 'Of course, some believed everything and have been waiting with bated breath to hear me confess it all. "They're just dying to have me declare everything said is true and I got what I deserved".

"You wouldn't believe the worst without evidence, would you? You wouldn't rush to judgements without facts, would you?" Did you? No, not you. You're smarter than that. "If you and I have learned nothing else this past year, it's that in life and in art, nothing should be off the table..." He went on to say he was examining himself and now chooses "to [openly] live as a gay man".

The incident is said to have happened after Spacey saw the teen in a restaurant.

At the time, Spacey would have been 26-and Rapp only 14.

Following the allegations by Rapp and the accusations made by Nantucket busboy, the producers of "House of Cards" announced it was severing ties with Spacey. The character was killed off in the sixth and final season of "House of Cards", which released last month. Director Ridley Scott re-shot Spacey's scenes with his replacement, Christopher Plummer.
