Cops left hilariously heartbroken after Krispy Kreme doughnut truck catches fire

Lexington Police officers in Kentucky went viral for their response to a Krispy Kreme Doughnuts truck fire destroying the goods inside

The driver of the Krispy Kreme Doughnuts vehicle noticed smoke billowing from the back as he drove through Lexington.

Police captioned the photos, "No words". Tuesday night, Madison Police wrote on Twitter, "We mourn with you".

It's not clear what caused the accident, but the police department indicated there were no injuries in the accident.

Police departments from across the country, including MA, reached out to express their condolences.

Crews were able to extinguish the fire shortly after, but the responding officers took the loss pretty hard. All the best in 2019 and be safe.
