Golden Globes Co-Host Not Interested in Mentioning Trump During Show

Andy Samberg and Sandrah Oh discussed how much political content there would be at the Golden Globes

The film is up for five awards at the Golden Globes, including Best Motion Picture - Drama, Best Actress for Gaga, Best Actor for co-star Bradley Cooper, Best Director for Cooper, and Best Original Song for "Shallow".

"I think everybody is exhausted of politics and maybe for one night we can have fun and not worry about the state of the world", Tatna said.

The Golden Globes air Sunday at 8/7c on NBC.

"Everyone is depressed and maybe that's as good a reason as any that everyone could use a little time to laugh and celebrate", Samberg told the Hollywood Reporter.

Hollywood award shows are little more than political pile-on fests these days.

Following yesterday's announcement of the first batch of presenters, the 76th Annual Golden Globe Awards has revealed the second round of presenters for its upcoming 2019 ceremony. "Just the fact that I'm fucking up there is crazy-pants in a great way".
